Love the workout but love the trainers even more!
Well, it’s just 20 minutes, but, it’s a good workout. I like the encouragement, I get from the coaches. It’s on machines, but, I can tell, I am working out. I am weak in the knees, when I leave. Gets my heart rate, up and going.

I've been going to Exercise Coach for a year. I do two 20-minute workout a week. The facility is nice and clean. The exercise coaches are great. It's a welcoming and friendly environment.

The workouts are great and I always feel like a accomplished something after I'm through. But what makes this location and program the best is the trainers. Nicole, Spencer and Mitchell have become friends of mine and are the most professional, knowledgeable and encouraging trainers I've ever worked with. They are truly helping me stay on course in this tough journey I'm making to drastically improve my health.
