The workouts are great and I always feel like a accomplished something after I'm through. But what makes this location and program the best is the trainers. Nicole, Spencer and Mitchell have become friends of mine and are the most professional, knowledgeable and encouraging trainers I've ever worked with. They are truly helping me stay on course in this tough journey I'm making to drastically improve my health.

Nice and clean facility! Fun staff! Best exercise class I’ve experienced in a long time! Quick way to get in shape! 20 minutes and your done! But not gonna lie it’s hard but effective! I can do hard for 20 minutes easier than hard 45 minutes to an hour class! Highly recommend giving it a try!
The work out is incredibly effect and efficient, I have seen great results in strength and flexibility going just once a week for the last 2 months.

It is clean and comfortable. It is seldom crowded or overly busy. Sessions are conducted as scheduled, on time and as programmed.
I have been going to The Exercise Studio in Sandy Springs for a year, and I love it! The trainers are awesome and are always so fun and positive. This is the only workout routine I’ve ever been able to stick with, consistently, for this long. I was skeptical about the 20 minutes, but it works and you stick with it, because who can’t do something for 20 minutes? I’d highly recommend giving them a try!
The staff and the process. I have not been involved long enough to know the mid to long term effects of the process, but I like the approach. Still trying to get my head around 20 min. Being the optimal time v. The min., but since I always leave a little shaky, I am content.
