Well, it’s just 20 minutes, but, it’s a good workout. I like the encouragement, I get from the coaches. It’s on machines, but, I can tell, I am working out. I am weak in the knees, when I leave. Gets my heart rate, up and going.

I've been going to Exercise Coach for a year. I do two 20-minute workout a week. The facility is nice and clean. The exercise coaches are great. It's a welcoming and friendly environment.

The studio stays bright and clear with numerous posters encouraging health and suggestions. It is a great way to start the day!
