I went in quickly to grab some tubes, a lovely bloke was on his break, walked out of the workshop area to ask me if i needed help and then politely directed me to the counter. Havent experienced this level of service in a bike shop for a long time- keep up the great work legends!

The only thing that is disappointing is that when I got my new bike home yesterday I noticed that when the head stem was put on, I had asked them to reverse it, the head stem bolt was not tightened up and the the steering head was loose and unridable. I had to tighten the head stem bolt before I could ride the bike. When riding in the big chain wheel, the chain scrapes against something, probably the chain limiting bracket. It only does it in the big chain ring so now I will have to bring the bike back for a proper adjustment. This will be an hour and a half round trip which I will have to fit in sometime, so not happy about this.

TREK Bennetts Green is great. The shop itself is huge, well fitted out and parking is available right out front. The staff are friendly & cheerful. They make an effort to welcome you everytime you walk through the door. They don't lounge around behind a desk. They actually make the effort to walk over to you with a smile and a "Hello, are can I help you today?"
