Trek brand
I had an issue with 2 punctured tyres. The team were great diagnosed the issue and fixed the punctures. These were tubeless tyres. Very grateful

Always excellent and friendly staff. They go above and beyond to assist and perform small maintenance tasks quickly and often without charge if it’s just a one minute adjustment.
Best bike store I’ve ever been. I was only buying the cheapest peddles I could and the team at Trek Bennetts Green were the most helpful bunch I’ve ever come across in a bike store. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. Will definitely be back here when it’s time to upgrade my setup.

This is a specialsed Bike store that only sell highly rated TREK bikes in all categories of form and sport usage. I was looked after by Emily who was very professional andit was obvious to me that Emily knew exactly what she was talking about and this gave me great confidence in that my E Bike purchase was good one. At pickup Lachie when to great lengths to make sure I understood the E Bike characteritics and great assistance in helping me load it into theback of my 4WD Tub.
