Outstanding sales and service. Ken at Bennetts Green worked with me to decide on exactly what I needed. His understanding of mtb in relation to my needs I found to be refreshing when considering the other “salesmen” I encountered this time when buying a bike. I know bikes and the amount of BS I was fed in particular at a Giant stockist amazed me and in some cases bordered on scare tactics. None of that from Ken. In fact that whole store and its staff are all class. Well done Trek for setting up a great team.
