The product is excellent. The service was particularly good. Both Nick on the Saturday when we were choosing the bike and Emily on Monday when we finalised the purchase were friendly, communicative, knowledgeable and prepared to listen to our needs and direct us toward the most appropriate bike and associated gear.

Proud owner of a new Domane SL7 e-tap. After a weeks riding the carbon creaked an groaned. I called the shop, dropped the bike in. Headset rebuilt and lubed up and a sheath popped over one of the cables routed through the headset and frame. Great job. The only sound now is the hum of carbon on tarmac. Thanks guys.
