With my new bike came a heap of firsts... first time (in many yrs) on a 29r, new (different brands) tyres and components, first time riding a Trek.
And the initial verdict? LOVE IT! The bike rides really well, very responsive and nibble yet still climbs better than it's rider! Excited to take it further...
We first saw Emily and she was extremely helpful and full of knowledge about Trek bikes, and helped us choose the right bike. On pickup Ken took the bike to the car and lifted it into the back, then showed me how to take the wheel off and put back on, whilst in the rain! I can't thank then enough for their help and also friendly character!

Ken, the person who served me, was very knowledgeable and explained everything in an easy to understand manner as this is the first bike that I have owned. Very helpful and answered any questions that I had.

The road bike I chose was just what I wanted. The service was fantastic.
I was served by a gent named Ken, he listened to my needs, pointed out benefits of the Trek bike, after sales servicing, in general answered all my questions, without hesitation. I needed different wheels for the bike, he said no problem, quoted me a pair, as well as a complete bike price, gave me a collect date, was spot on.
Pick up was hassle free, on time, the bike was complete no dramas. I wish all businesses were as easy to deal with.
I wish the Trek shop at Bennetts Green all the best, as they deserve to do very well in difficult times with limited stock. Best Regards First name removed

We found the staff very helpful and friendly, Emily was very knowledgeable about the product and very helpful. I was assisted with getting the bike back into the car buy a very helpful and cheerful assistant, we are looking forward to our return trip to pick up another Trek bike in January. The store was very well set up with a great selection of clothing and accessories a great atmosphere to look for your next bike. 👌
