I love the Yoga Sculpt classes! Every teacher brings something a little bit different to the practice and it's always a great restorative and challenging work out. The staff is super welcoming and the studio is ( HOT - ha!) but clean and nice.
The staff was welcoming, it was my first time at Core Power. The flow of the class was well balanced and carefully planned. I left feeling calm, strong, and centered.
Your survey is asking me after only two visits and both have been very positive to restart my Yoga journey after a very long hiatus. I loved my teachers, great parking without having to rush and feel stressed about having to find a space before class. Something that has always been present where ever I did Yoga. Something you might think about promoting as a positive for your Costa Mesa/Harbor location . Still getting used to the variety of classes and what works best for me at my present new beginning level.

I love the teachers, the variety of classes and the facilities.
The only thing I would suggest is a 6:00am class at Culver City location.
Grateful to the teachers and the options for classes. For the classes that get full, could students be reminded to stick to the mat markers. Could the markers be re- evaluated? Are some missing? It’s unsettling to get to class 5 min before start and there are no spots. Not all students are friendly. It’s hard to ask the teacher to come and ask people to move when you have to go change and scrounge up weights. Could we get more weights ? For a full class, 5# is missing. 8# are gone by 2/3 full class. Corporate- it’s not fair Ward had to wait 4 weeks for heat to get repaired. I don’t know how much of our monthly goes to pay for facilities but we pay a lot. You should’ve given us something. You didn’t even apologize for the delay.
Core power yoga keeps me grounded. It keeps me in the present moment. Being able to connect mind and body with my breath through movement.
I really enjoy the hot yoga class with Melissa. It is relaxing and calming and provides a good hour of core, balance, stretch and strength work.
Intro week of free classes came just at the right time and I felt welcomed to the studio the moment I walked in. The studio(s) are also clean and spacious, which I love.
