I so appreciate Gaynor's Yoga 1 class!! It's been awhile recovering from injuries and she is so supportitive of modifications and alternative poses. Jonathan mentioned putting on a Restore class on sunday afternoons. CorePower Cherry Hills is an extremely supportive community!!

Practice Room is much tighter spaced than other locations I've visited, which was only noticeable because of the packed class I attended! That being said, very respectful community of yogis who were very thoughtful of their neighbors. Also, Katie always brings the best vibe, and I leave feeling rejuvenated :D
The flow and environment
I have had around 30 classes in the past 6 months. Loved each class no matter what it was. Good instructors, great music, every dollars was spent worth the value.
Teachers are amazing and just the right balance of consistency among them so I can go to any C2 and follow. That said each class has some personalization from each teacher with their music, message, and flow.

I love the large selection of classes and that the classes are strenuous. The facility is beautiful has a locker room with a shower and lockers!
Teachers and classes are all superb! Miss the storage shelves in the lobby though after the remodel :(

The Heat and the instructors
Instructors are great. I love the 545 am sculpt class, it's perfect for those of us who have to get to work early.

Loved the flow and music
I love being a part of this studio. The family feel is so nourishing and it feels like home coming back to it! The remodel left things to be desired…. They were closed for a while and the studio paint is already bubbling and you can tell moisture is already getting trapped. I absolutely love the staff and there’s always fun events events to keep it refreshing and engaging. Yay Kelly!

This location has always been so nice and easy to get into classes. It’s much more welcoming than other locations I have been to. It’s clean the locker room is nice the staff is helpful and welcoming. I cannot recommend enough. I live in between two locations like pretty equidistant and constantly choose to come back here.
