Great studio, teachers. Grateful for the parking! Eszylfie inspiring teacher. It was hard to hear without a microphone. I was in the back near a speaker so the music drowned his voice.

Best class in as long as I can remember with Sarah K. Every detail was so intentional and considered. Was both so arduous AND so meditative and healing. The music. The cues. The language that she used to shape our experience and consciousness. I am beside myself with how meaningful an hour it was. A true gift. My soul feels cleansed. I'm already signed up for next week's session. BRAVO

Positive encouragement and a challenging flow that helped me really feel that my time was well spent! Extra kudos to the teacher for being able to still push the more advanced students but also not leave newer students (like myself) behind.

The facility was clean and everyone was friendly.
Steph was a substitute teacher, and she was excellent. Her choice in music was terrific, and the overall routine was challenging and rewarding.
Definitely worth it, my first time going and it’s a good sweat to say the least
