I love the array of class offerings throughout the day.
CPY Del Mar is the nicest facility I've ever been to. It's beautiful, the yoga rooms are large and most importantly, the instructors are phenomenal. And please DO NOT change the heating mechanism to the newer IR panels that you have in other locations. The humidity machine you have in Del Mar is something those panels can replicate and it makes a big difference
Teacher was very friendly and supportive and knowledgeable about the flow. Great music and heat was good but dry. I think that’s just the heat in FI

Teeana, Sara, and Lusin are what keep my weeks sane! Teeana and Sara for a great calm down, and Lusin for the dance party!!! All three bring the energy and are amazing. I have not taken other teachers, but i am sure that they are all amazing as well!

I did the yogasculpt class with Vivian! Her positive and kind energy is so motivating, and gave me the extra push to keep going even though it was a challenging workout! She presented modifications to many of the exercises, so I was able to easily adapt the workout to my skill and comfort level. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back for another class with Vivian!
Friendly instructors, flexible classes take at your own pace, good music, great workout, combination strength/flexibilty/mindfulness, nice facilities.

I texted my sisters right away after attending my first class at Tustin. The instructor was amazing and the energy in the room palpable. Locker rooms are big and have plenty of showers. Best I’ve seen yet across all the LA/OC studios

In the front windows we need blinds! The sun is damaging product and it’s too bright for instructors sitting at the front. It’s difficult to make eye contact with students

My first time at this location. We were greeted with a smile and friendliness by our instructor as soon as we walked in. The studio was clean and organized. Our instructor was great and I was able to understand everything.

This is a gorgeous space! I love the low heat 45 minute classes at lunchtime! They are the perfect break in the work day. First name removed is a great teacher!

My body is changing and getting stronger which makes me mentally stronger . I sleep better by taking classes consistently and i don’t feel as stressed
