I like that they smile at you when you walk into the studio. You get greeted by your name not the buy a number, they actually care about you. People sit afterwords and have tea and visit there’s plenty of space to relax after practicing yoga or before of course it’s up to you. It’s a wonderful environment.!!!

I love modo yoga but I wish there was more variation in classes. The first week I joined there was a class with an emphasis on arm balancing and a class for sense deprivation. I would like to see more of that.

Modo feels like family. I always feel welcome. I struggle with anxiety and staying present, but Modo helps put me at ease and let go of my worries. I just get to be present when I am there. I have never experienced a yoga studio like Modo. I love going to Modo. It is the best part of my day.

I love the clean, friendly studio. I love the intense classes. I love when the yogi gives a strong intention at the beginning of class and follows thru with it throughout the class. I love the "hands on" adjustments. I love the offering of fellowship, tea and treats afterwards.
