Friendly and no pressure
I have attended all 4 types of the classes (Barre, Flow, Modo 60 and Hatha) and enjoy them all, they all have strong points. A large number of classes are available each week and all the instructors are great!
Everything! The instructors, facility and classes are great. My only complaints (if you can call them that) are that the shower drains in the women’s changeroom are often clogged and that instructors use a LOT of different names for the same poses during yin yoga sessions (which can get a little confusing, especially when you have your eyes closed).
Front lounge area, mobile app, ease of check-in, showers with soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and Q-tips.
Everything except wish was more hot Hatha and also find the three hour cancellation time very hard. How about auto renewal need less time. Find very hard when there are promotion with the influx of people.

Non-pretentious environment. Clean facility. Challenging classes! Community! Incredible teachers! I find the hot flow/modo flow classes/teachers to be really authentic. I have practiced in places where flow classes (yoga in general) feel scripted and or full of buzz words and phrases... I haven't seen that at Modo. It's my happy place!!

The teaching staff is skilled, committed, compassionate, individual and varied. The space is great, I love that we have a 2nd change room. Moksha is amazing and makes my life better every time I go.
My only slight disappointment is we are now asked not to do inversion poses in the room. I understand why this is so during class, but still would like for those of us who include these poses in our practice, that we could practice them discreetly after class.
Not a biggie. The main thing is how lucky I am to have Moksha in my life.

Modo classes are wonderful! The teachers and staff are great and friendly. It is a welcoming environment for all.
