Frequency of classes and my favourite instructors
The environment is welcoming, calming, non judgemental...However someone mentioned to me that the picture of the man looming at you in the womens changing area can be a bit frightful!:)

The studio is clean and beautiful, and the atmosphere is friendly. The first time I stepped into the space I could tell that it was loved and special. The classes are challenging, but totally accessible. The instructors are clear, precise, and kind. It's just a lovely place to practice and sweat!

I like the variety of classes, the teachers,and great physical environment.
However,I've been finding the hot room way too hot for a while now, and will likely find a non-heated studio after my annual membership is up. Unfortunately, there just aren't enough non-heated yoga classes to make it worth my while here. It's definitely a different vibe in the change rooms after classes, it used to be that people would smile and talk about how much they liked the class, now everyone is so beat and only talking about how hot the room is. Other studios advertise lowering the heat for the summer months... it's just to hot to feel like I'm getting the most out of the class.
