Amazing staff. Whether you are new to the practice or not, you are welcomed, understood, supported and encouraged by the staff constantly. Practices are never repetitive as the staff keep you challenged as well focused.

I like the open atmosphere! It was my first time going to anywhere for working out (gym or anything) so it was very intimidating when bringing myself to join in on a class. Once I was there, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is great! The instructors have been great in explaining the poses and keeping the atmosphere relaxed. :)
same reasons as usual: Good schedule with consistent classes and good instructors. I like the evolving changes (e.g., ashtanga yoga or other options). Options for interesting workshops (which one day I'll partake). Friendly clean atmosphere.
