My daughter who buys packages said all instructors are competent, give helpful individual instruction in classes as large as 24, good music and tempo.
In this questionnaire request you may want to request helpful observations of attendees. For example, instructors should not have to clean mats after classes, brand new attendees referred by another (and mentioned to front desk)should be offered a first time guess pass rather than hear "you have to pay". Otherwise great experience!
