It was really fun!! Super challenging for me, but I felt comfortable to modify or take a break when needed. Casey did a great job encouraging and motivating us. I liked the pace and each time I thought I was going to die, we moved on to something else, so that kept me going. :) Everyone was so kind, too!
Barre3 feels like home when I walk through the doors. The staff and instructors are friendly, welcome, and accommodating. They meet you where you are and make you feel loved, worthy, and confident. It is a treat for my mind, body, and soul.
I liked the quality of the livestream in that I could hear the music and instructor's cue clearly. I also appreciate the variety of times that the classes are being offered such as the 6AM and Sundays at 4:30PM.
