the instructors were all so welcoming, gave the right amount of support and were attentive without feeling overwhelming as a newcomer. The overall atmosphere of the studio was warm and inclusive. The class itself has been a great balance of challenge as well as flexibility to match how you are doing given the day.

Above all, this is a fantastic workout. My first priority.
Secondly, the times offered- 6am in particular.
Instructors are high energy and explain the movements clearly.
Everyone is SO friendly. I seriously cannot believe it. I’ve been with Core Power Yoga for 10 years and don’t think I’ve talked to as many people as I’ve talked to at Barre3.

Would love to see the instructors take it up a notch or at least offer more level-up suggestions.

I love barre 3. When classes are full it seems like too many people are crammed in the room and it sparks a safety concern in me. I shy away if there are 15 or more signed up.
