I love the variety of types of classes with Signature, Strength, Cardio and now Mindful Flow. I feel so good after, and during, the Flow class. It might be my favorite!

Everyone in the studio is super friendly, from the front desk ladies, to the gals in the play area (for the kiddos), and finally their instructors! Love the studio! I got my friend to join, and whenever my mum is here to visit she comes as well!!

I always come and take class when I’m in town and it’s just a no brainer- easy to book the class, convenient parking, I know I’ll get a great workout in! Very welcoming instructors! I love to come!

What did you like about your barre3 experience?

barre3 is amazing for your body, brain, and spirit. The signature classes are so fun! They leave you energized and are easy to modify on the days you need to be gentle on your body, or pump up on the days you want to go hard. The strength classes are no joke! You feel those gains and will notice them in your daily life. All of the instructors are kind and knowledgeable. The whole team is incredibly sweet and create a safe environment for everyone who enters the studio!
