I like that the classes are challenging. I also appreciate the modifications if I have been out of class for a while and need to take it slower. The studios are really clean and I like that I don't have to clean up the equipment at the end of class.

I'm very impressed by instructor Andrew Ash. He's fun and makes us laugh during our weekend. Very enjoyable. I like the combination of moves and how it is focused on keeping great posture. I have Scoliosis in my back and spent much of last year in physical therapy. I feel challenged by these workout moves, but not in fear of injury (at this point).
Also, I went to the class two days ago (at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday) but I guess I didn't formally "check in" since I just said hi to Andrew. Online it says I was "absent." Can you guys update that? Have a great day, Name removed

friendly, motivating, no fuss
It was a great workout, different than any other. I didn't know what to expect but it exceeded my expectations. It was harder than I expected it to be, which is a good thing! I thought it was a great combination of a hard workout and stress relieving relaxation . . . . hard to explain, but I hope you know what I mean. :)

I like that you are so conveniently located, that the classes are so consistent between instructors, and that you have a very flexible cancellation policy. The instructors all seem very well trained.
I like the instructor and the workout. I felt like I really worked my core. The instructor gave really good cues and tips for postures and use of specific movements.
I love the methodical design of the program, the focused intensity of the workouts, the attention to alignment and form that I experience in a small class.
