Kevin was very thorough, pointed out various items that require changes and current standards for electrical wiring. He did a extensive inspection of the crawl space and foundations and made various recommendations during the inspection and included everything in the report.

Paul was genuine, up front, worked in the rain with no issues. It was nice to connect with someone one on one versus a big corporate business that just want your money. Paul was very good with answering questions.

He used tools that provided me with realtime insight and reassurance on concerns of humidity. The inspection report was provided back to me less than 24hrs after our initial inspection visit that provided me and my partner clear expectations of the house and what to be mindful of come time for repairs. It was also outlined with 3D-like examples of the potential causes if we don’t get the house repaired or fixed with the things noted. Not only did we receive the inspection report but a PDF checking for us to keep track of when doing our repairs in the future. Awesome techniques and technology used with clear, good quality photos.
