This is the second time we use your services. The just like last time, the inspector was very professional, thorough, patient, precise in his statements and went the extra mile with some side explanations. Furthermore he made himself highly available for follow up questions which is very valuable and highly appreciated when dealing with tight timelines on the contract terms and needing that extra assurance that we can get on time all the answers we may need.

Seem to be complete and the 90 day warranty and an offered extended warranty is a real plus.

Andrew competed our home inspection for us while my partner and I were out of town. Our realtor sent videos of Andrew walking around and explaining everything he noticed. After the fact he sent a report detailing everything in the home including pictures, diagrams, recommendations, time frames and prices. For a price of $500 tax included I am very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend to others!

Mike Burns far exceeded all expectations by going above and beyond. He was so meticulous with pointing things out and explaining whatever he noticed to us. I've never met anyone so thorough. We came out of inspections with a laundry list of items, big and small, that need to be taken care of, but because he so kindly went through each and every item, I feel confident about what needs to be done moving forward. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I come across needing an inspection.
