Very quick turnaround of the report after the evaluator was finished his work. One thing to maybe look at was we received a follow up call for our payment before we even received the email with the link to make the payment so somehow the process was off a bit. Anyhow overall really helpful having the report so quickly.

The inspector (Siu) was on time, friendly, professional, and thorough. Occasionally, he had to work around cluster/furniture and he was helpful and happy to do so. The report was good and helpful. The assistant whom I talked to (Emily) who gave me the options - good, better, best - was very patient in giving me the information. The report helped me prioritize my planning.
