We loved the service. This was our first time using Carson Dunlop for our first detached home purchase (owned a condo apartment prior). The inspector, Walter, was so knowledgeable and informative. He shared intricate details on the build of the home and went above and beyond to explain how things works because we had no clue what we were looking at haha! The only thing I would not purchase again is the Thermal Imaging. We did not see the value in it unless the house has a history or signs of leakage in the basement/moisture build up. Everything else was top notch!

Just want to start by saying thank you to North American home services inspections this company is professional punctual and very detailed in their inspections and reports. They inspectors that were on site were knowledgeable willing and definitely exceeded my expectations they went as far as inspecting further than I would have thought. At the end of the day this company has saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars by inspecting my house I was able to walk away from a disastrous deal.

Home inspector was very thorough. His report was detailed with clear explanations of his findings. Communications with the office were complete and prompt with all questions responded to in a timely fashion.
