JD was amazing. I learned so much during this home inspection.

Murray was very accommodating when it came to scheduling. During the inspection, he was patient, approachable, and took the time to explain what he was seeing throughout the process. As first-time cottage owners, we didn't know what to look for, so his explanations and perspective - including practical, easy-fix solutions where appropriate, were extremely helpful.

The final PDF report was thorough and well organized, with detailed descriptions supported by clear photos of the property's condition. It also included helpful reference images showing what the ideal condition should look like, making the findings easy to understand.
