Jim was exceptionally thorough and detail-oriented during our home inspection. He spent over two hours meticulously checking every nook and cranny of the house and pointed out even the smallest safety hazards. Aside from being punctual, respectful and polite, Paul conducted an extremely methodical and thorough inspection. Most impressive was the conclusion of the experience. He gathered all parties and led us through the home explaining in layman’s terms any deficiencies but also pointing out all of the features that were in good condition. He is not at all an alarmist. When he noted a deficiency, he gave realistic solutions, costs and timeframes, complete with reasons.

He provided a very comprehensive report within a few hours of completion.
