How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The loss of one day codes, of our store (and the lack of inventory in it since you took over, and the fact that most activities seem to take place in DG. This leaves northern Lake and Chicago kind of feeling very 2nd rate.

I am not sure why I would recommend a Realtors organization. If someone is seeking to do business in our service area I'd imagine they join by default. It could be a matter of wording of the question.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Payments of yearly dues. Why must they be due during the month of Christmas. That is the time when most people are short on funds and then to be tacked with a $30.00 late fee if not paid by December 1st. I believe it was, at one time, due in September. Why the change?

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

With the recent law change with IAR seller disclosure why didn't you send us information out months ago? In recent months this is the 2nd feed back request I have received but no email notice on the new law! Weird right? You know my email address for feedback but not for extremely important legal updates? I spoke with 8 other DR's yesterday and all of us learned about this law when Kate posted it 3 days ago on FB which was 6 days after the law went into effect. An agent said she thought she saw something on the MLS sign in page a while back but many of us DR's don't sell and don't sign I to the Mls on a regular bases.
Additionally I had a new agent wanting to start with me in the middle of December however the due were $160 more for those last 2 weeks of the year. I'm not sure what kid of proration you use but that is crazy!

It never fails, whenever we have a question we can always count on someone @ MORE having the correct answer for us...many times we've called for clarification and each time we've talked to people who are generally happy to assist

What do you like about our association services?

The people working at MORe are second to none in their willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty. Your customer service is impeccable. Phone calls and emails are responded to promptly and questions are thoughtfully answered. We feel valued - a gift which is in short supply in many businesses. It is hard to imagine a Realtor board that is a bigger asset to their members.
