How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

In decades past the association brought cutting edge technology to its members at no or little cost. We are nearly at the point that the association is almost expendable. Bring a 3D viewing platform would be a positive.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I never received a bill for my dues and instead got a phone call on my cell saying I would be charged a late fee if not paid by the end of March. I always pay my bills and was insulted to get that message when I was never sent an invoice.
