Send the notice for dues a day or two before it is due instead of ripping us off with a threat after the due date has past.
Offers classes and other services. Offers reminders in an email to pay the fees.

A one day grace period on fees is not enough especially when you don't even mail us the invoice anymore.
I'm very disappointed that my mls access was suspended to to lack of reminders from you re dues! This is very important and should have been contacting members before suspension of accesss! Right now I have a client and I can't access my mls. Very poor communication!!!

I would like to receive better or more notice when the dues need to be paid. I like to pay my bills on time without a late fee.
Perhaps a reminder closer to the due date or a paper reminder in the mail.
My last notice for my most recent bill went to my junk e-mail.
