The application process was very simple and seamless. Caci was very helpful with any questions that I had and she sent me all of the information that I need to get started within a few hours of receiving my application.

The staff is always professional, friendly, and helpful.
The Ethics program is a total failure. You support unethical realtors who fail to follow the rules and who lie, cheat and steal other realtors property. I filed an ethics complaint against Renee Saban for unauthorized access to one of my listings, unauthorized access to my lock box, theft of my clients house key which she admitted to and theft of my real estate sign. She also gained unauthorized access to my personal SentriLock data. The ethics panels decision as well as Sabans actions are illegal and unconscionable. Unfortunately the ethic panel and ultimately the program supports this type of activity. This makes a mockery of the ethics program and the organization.
You can identify this wrong doing and put into place a strong ethics program which includes utilizing qualified personnel with the highest ethical standards.
I would be happy to discuss this further if anyone is interested in improving the system.

service is excellent. The huge problem we have is that our MLS platform isn't user friendly to the customers. Clients are using REDFIN the most. School ratings need to be posted with each listing too. Clients can't keep track of their searches as easily as other sites.

Help shoulder the problems of the individual agent rather than dismiss them sending the agent away. Also, what’s the deal with late fees. Couldn’t a reminder be sent. Who profits by late fees?
