Knowledgeable, professional, prompt, friendly and always helpful!
Always get my questions answered
I know that there has to be some way that fees are EXPECTED to be paid but I did NOT receive any "notice" that any were due. Responsibily, I know weighs on ME but a reminder might have been in order rather than an immediate fee of $25.00. I think the RealTOR PROFESSION has now become a real estate business - our ETHICS and PROFESSIONALISM were far better years ago - I watch it carefully. Am only a dues paying member so that I can keep somewhat of a 'watch' but the PROFESSIONS in our present society are NOT what they used to be - we valued a profession we practiced to primarily help people and secondly, finance our life necessities, which could be well balanced for the betterment of all - however, the 'help people' has taken a decided background to the financial goals.
Make contracts easier to type.
Staff who knows their business. They are polite and respond well to questions..
always charges me late fees even thou I pay on the due date.
The fantastic customer service !!!
I've never understood the concept of charging people more when they are late in making the payment. Realtors don't have a steady income. If they are not in a dual-income situation, it can be difficult to be Timely in paying bills. It was difficult enough to make the payment and believe it or not, $25 penalty made it even more difficult. It's not your fault, but an ounce of kindness wouldn't hurt all that much.
All that said, I love MORE.
Thank you for listening
Everything.
Too expensive and not much value for me. Would be nice if there were different memberships levels (basic - just MLS/lockbox access vs advanced/elite which would offer events, networking, training, etc).
It’s just so much easier to manage than CAR, where I was for 9 years. When I call, I talk to someone. And that person is friendly. And the person is helpful.
Good communication,
Extremely well trained and professional staff!

seems your only worried about fining people
Someone is always available to answer a call or questions.
Very informative. Very helpful.
Trying to make a few simple updates to my profile as it shows up on MRED (which asks you to do it with local board), and there is basically no instruction on MORe site to do this, or even mentioning it. Unsurprisingly, buttons and links everywhere are available to send money for bills.
It gives me the info I need at a fairly reasonable price.

The website is easy enough to use and I can easily pay my dues online, but none of the programs or support are tailored to the needs of part-time agents. Attending any class or seminar would require me to take time off my day job and I even had to perform home surgery to repair my Sentrilock card reader a few weeks ago because I didn't have the vacation time available to get in during office hours for a replacement. I work hard to stay informed and follow the industry, but almost every bit of my real estate work happens outside normal business hours, as every agent in my office, including our managing broker, has a full-time day job. This has worked out fine for us as every one of my clients has worked full-time, too. Real estate is often not a nine-to-five job, but that's the only time help or support seem to be available outside our office. Other than access to the MLS and my Sentrilock card, my membership to MORe really doesn't provide any value for me or agents like me. I feel like I write the same thing on every one of these, but I've also heard part-time agents are often looked down on by full-timers and big producers. There are a lot of us, though, and we all pay the same dues.
