We need to improve how to look up homes, Most the time I go to google when I can't find in MLS
And Redfin always pops up with the MLS number.
Also I am Listing homes and tired of buying my buyer backs because the MLS has sold us to everyone! How can you rein in our buyers so that the agents listings get there buys back before the are poached by other companies?

Convenient location, Some one always answers phone, Great resources and personel.
Forms need to be revised
Additional forms need to be added IE 2 to 4 flat
Lacking classes offered & locations (not just at Downers Grove)
Products Realtor need for our business - yes you can find products on-line. IE prices of interior brochure holders are ridiculous, same with buying sign riders. I go to the McHenry board to buy.
Ability to network with other real estate professionals in one of the best Realtor Boards in Chicago.
I am a new member and haven't had a chance to benefit from the services entirely but for now, I appreciate the use of forms for my market area which are western subirbs and DuPage county.
