The professional service..... excellent customer service...... lots of classes there is just so much I like about MAINSTREET.
It seems like when I call to get questions answered, I always get transferred and have to leave a message for someone and wait for a response. It would be nice to just get my question fully answered on the initial call.

I would have put N/A if possible. There’s really no other option that I’m aware of, so regardless of service, Mainstreet has a monopoly on my geography so there is no way to grade on a scale relative to other options.

Trainings, and coordial staff but last year I was charged $25 two times as late fee though I did make payment in one or two days when you blocked me. That should not be the way to take care of new brokers. Many a broker are using other email address than their office email like me and I don't check that email that frequently, so that delay in paying happened. So I went to your office to setup automatic payment as amount is not big amount that I delay on it.
