Very easy logins and nice staff
I've never experienced anything but high levels of service and courtesy at Mainstreet. I sent an e-mail last night and received an answer this morning!
I love our association. Mainstreet offers top of the line educators like Lynn Madison and Chris Read and Debbie Buckrucker. Classes are meaningful and memorable experiences rich in knowledge and real life scenarios. When I decided to take some new designation/certification courses, it was important to me to register with the best teachers. I am looking forward to Chris Read's 12 Broker Management. It's reinvigorating to listen to the high quality educators that Mainstreet offers, even after 24 years in the business.

I find you are always available when I have any questions. Whether I call the office or if I call the help center, I always get my questions answered. I always enjoy the training classes that I have attended in person or on line. It is great to have a support system like MainStreet.

Everyone in the office is very helpful and will always find a solution for your needs. They always make sure you know they want to help you, and they find the correct person to do so. That personal touch is excellent and greatly appreciated
I don't like the new website. It's harder to navigate and I'm not finding the information I'm looking for that was on the previous one.

I like the new website, but don't find it as user friendly as the old one. Looking for contracts and forms was a challenge, but I did find it. I did pass the information all to all of our 16 offices.
It's very inclusive with great variety and the people that I have interacted with so far really are interested in assisting.
