I like that it's fast and convenient. What I would like is for the site to allow partial payments. If the total invoice of $607 is not Due until December why can't I make a $100 payment from now until then?

What could we do to improve?

To not have so many classes etc always in Downers Grove. Bringing things up north, to Arlington Hts is sure welcome. I'd probably attend more events, classes etc if that were the case.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your website is to confusing ..you redid it? Now it's more confusing...had all kinds of problems resetting pass word . Not sure why I had to in the first place.

Went on line to find out where to pay my bill, which site shld you go to ?? Took me over an hour to find the right site to pay my bill...!
