What do you like about our association services?

I really miss you guys. Yes I'm still active in Illinois but I now live in Florida and the MLS that I belong to down here is awful. The dues are $1600 a year and you get nothing for it. There is only one lady on the MLS help desk and half the time she has to go look up the answers because she has no clue. Every department is so segregated that you have to call different places for answers. The MLS is not user friendly and is so backwards. A lot of the Realtors down here complain but we are stuck. They also love to send violations. They seem to have a lot of time to do that. Like I said.... I miss you!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not many offerings local (south/southwest suburbs). Closed and consolidated to move everything to Downers Grove. Liked it much better when we had a nice office in Homewood. Tinley office leaves a lot to be desired.
