The phone calls always go to voicemail. I have to keep calling to speak to a live person with any question I have.

It is just an added expense to us agents who are inundated with costs/expenses every time we turn around.

Mainstreet has very knowledgeable people answering agents phone calls and they are very fast at resolving any issue or answering any questions. Time is money and for an agent to be able to get what they need taken care of asap well that's awesome!!!
