Clear cut answers to my questions and classes that are close to home
It is easy to use. I go there for the forms and contracts all the time its organized I hate looking for the right forms on the mls.
Would appreciate more CE classes in the Arlington Heights office area. Negotiate a better discount on items we use. Example would be a better price with Sentrilock on actual boxes that we purchase

Every single time and every person, whether via phone or in person, at the association has been extremely friendly, courteous and knowledgable - love it!
The late fee policy for semi-annual dues feels like border-line extortion. (while it may be legal, it hits you like you've just been pick pocketed). To impose a 12.8% late fee on a service that has yet to be rendered is wrong from a "spirit of the law" philosophy to any "customer first" service policy perspective. Any business that considers itself to be ethical and responsible would never engage in such a practice as to penalize a customer for not paying for six months of service before it is actually being used. This is just another example of financial management that prioritizes profits over customers. I would strongly encourage anyone looking for an MLS provider who puts the customer first, to look elsewhere.
I think I have just started Main Street, coming from 2 other boards, and I am still learning the systems and the general responsiveness of those that help us to do our jobs more effectively.
