More events and training in Northern Lake County area.
I feel that the constant changing in programs with little actual gain is just time consuming to the realtor. And the sharing of our listings with Zillow etc, diminishes the leads that come directly to us. We have to pay to get them back.

Every interaction I have with staff is a disappointment (and I don't have very many). I either receive no response to questions or received rude and terse responses.
I don't expect much - but when I have a question, I don't think it's unreasonable to have it answered professionally. This association is supposed to work for me - the staff would do well to remember this.
