You can call and get answers to your questions immediately. The training and most importantly the instructors are well rounded established real estate professionals within the industry.
Develop a comprehensive plan with MRED, HomeSnap, Remine, RPR, and other integrated apps to ensure competitive viability against disruptive models (embracing them where necessary). Some of these 3rd parties do not differentiate between an agent and a consumer...
Scrutinize and thwart 3rd parties that list in the mls but seek to remove coop brokers from the transaction.

The educational classes are both affordable and relevant to the profession.
Make things more simple and easy to get to. Often times getting fancier takes more time to navigate and get to where you need to.
Would like to see more classes and events at the Rolling Meadows office.

It is a monopoly isn't it? Why would I need to recommend something that is mandatory for Realtors? Many programs are good, but the costs and regulations don't really make sense.
