Lower prices. Too high compared to other businesses.
I think it's the best Association around!! Many features and benefits. The staff are always helpful - knowledgeable and extremely patient and polite when I call with questions or problems!!

Friendly and helpful.
I'm forced to be a member and pay ridiculous fees to access the MLS data. The NAR, IAR and local associations have all passed self serving rules to force membership in what is essentially a monopoly. I honestly don't know why the federal government has allowed this for so long.
The variety of classes and events show that Mainstreet is in tune with it's members

Being required to be a member of Illinois Association in an NAR is not appropriate.
