What do you like about our association services?

I had a scheduling conflict attending the mandatory jumpstart class. The association was more than accommodating. Much more so than my own brokerage. I thought the class would be boring since I'm a seasoned agent, but the instructors were great. Always something new to learn in this business.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Not enough classes provided in northern suburbs. if there is one its booked immediately & another one never opens up. This should tell you right there you need more to accommodate the many agents, not in the Downers Grove area.

Actually by moving the office, which already is quite a distance for me, to Rolling Meadows, it's moving even further away. I live in Cary. :((

What do you like about our association services?

Need more in the northern suburbs. We are in Libertyville and most everything is way south. Now that Arlington Heights is closing it’s going to be even farther. I think there should be a separate association for us up north if everything is going to be far south. It’s just not realistic for us and still be able to work in our communities. There is or was a Libertyville office but very little going on there
