Takes forever to get a return phone call but very quick to take our money

I needed someone to call me back in regards to billing and I didn't hear back from anyone and then had to pay a late fee. Very disappointed.
With the number of mergers, we have seen no reduction in our fees.
I really don't like the fact that agents aren't required to talk to us any more!!!

Your fees are too high. Other platforms like Zillow are easier and there really is no value that you guys can offer that other platforms can provide. When my clients send me homes to look at it’s usually from other sites.

Would like for MORE to establish or make it known that a buyer do not have to buy a casher's key to make an offer to purchase .
Buyers are buyers are spending $7 dollars and up on Earnest Money checks maybe two are
three before they get an accepted offer which I think is unfair .

You are a good resource on legal issues . You also expertly update our forms library . Recently you updated the 7.0 Residential Contract which is most used and it was very well done and covered real life issues that we come in touch with clients . I understand we can also submit changes that will be considered when future review of forms come up . This is excellent because sometime language can sound ambiguous etc. and needs to be clearer . The associates services that is provided for me, as a Realtor, is very valuable. It helps me stay abreast on the market, provide resource tools and most of all my Code of Ethics as a Realtor. I love the benefits and is taking advantage of each one that I can use in my business.

I do not see any results of what you do for the fees I pay
More member outreach in the form of webinars and live streaming of relevant information and services. Instead of having to mostly physically drive to downers grove location, or any location especially during the winter months in Illinois. Which should equal access to more free relevant information. Update more than just the look of the site but the function and update information regularly. The site is more generic nowadays. Make it more managing broker information as the leaders of the brokerage company. The section for managing broker should be separate and full of tools and resources on site. The commercial information section whatever it is. I still haven't figured out I will have to call or email the person that's over that part as it should be readily available on the website as well with all the relevant information needed, given, or offered. The current system compared to the last maybe better but I can't tell. Example, I needed to do a change of address for my office. I had to call to change and asked where to find it online. I am very computer savvy.
