Awesome service!
It was fast, staff was really nice and follow my request perfectly.
I took my 9 year old son to get a trim and shape his long hair. The hair dresser suggested washing the hair, which I can understand because she would cutting with scissors. While getting his hair washed she asked if he wanted a warm towel on his face, which I immediately turned down. The hair cut took about 8 mins to thin and shape, and she put some product in his hair. She charged $32 for this haircut, which I guess is based on the services provided. But given the experience, and the feeling that this woman was trying to upsell a 9 year old, I will likely be cutting my children’s hair at home.

Bad haircut on my son last trip

Honestly, the upsell, the MVP isn't costly and its worth the little extra. I do like the hair stuff with tea tree in it, I even got a fray hair holder which has held well. The manager Brittney is who cut my hair and she definitely knew once I tried to get what I liked, which is very helpful as I'm not difficult but she definitely made it better with her experience and knowledge base. Makes each visit great and comfortable.

I liked how helpful my hairdresser, Chemeka, was. I have long standing issue with my hair and she gave me some very helpful tips without pushing product, which I appreciated.
