I took my son to get his haircut this afternoon at the 1440-C Lake Woodlands Dr.
The Woodlands, TX 77380 location. Maria was the lady that cut his hair. My son could not understand what she was asking him and she cut his hair extremely short. He is devastated. I understand that it is just hair and will grow back, however I am very disappointed in this visit. I am a frequent client of Sport Clips and so is my son. We will never go back to this location again.

The hairdresser was great she went above and beyond to make sure I looked good and fresh, good conversation great haircut and overall a really comfortable experience.

The wait was too long. People clearly sitting in the back while customers waited 20 minutes for something they signed for ahead on the app that showed no wait time. Then the stylist butchered the hair cut.
