I went to Sport Clips at Valley Ranch shopping center in New Caney, Texas. Cassy not only made me feel very much at ease, but she also did a great job of cutting my hair exactly as requested. Your business is only as good as your personnel, and she was both pleasant and professional.

We have been to this location several times and were not happy with how our hair was cut. The lady who cut both my hair and my son's hair this time did a great job, and we will most certainly be back. Please ensure she gets the feedback, and we will be back to see her.

Wait time after making the non-appointment online. I get to the shop 10 mins before to checkin as recommended by the online system then have to wait 40 mins before it’s my turn. Not cool.
You need to get your coupon system more easy to implement for your associates. The haircut was fine, but every time I try to use an offer you sent me, it inevitably takes some sort of work around from the manager to get the offer accepted. This occasion the manager was unavailable and I was unable to use the coupon.

The massage was definitely his favorite part !!! But his stylist who he wants to come back to recommended products and we bought two!! He loves it and noticed a big difference the next day also with maintaining it.
The lady that cut my hair last time did not have sharp trims and pushed to hard. She definitely need additional training and new trimmers
Convenience, multiple hair stylist available to reduce wait times, and most always do a great job. Rare to get a bad haircut.
