Friendliness of the staff

Have been to sports clips numerous amounts of times in the past have always had pretty good service. Though, the last time I had went was quite disappointing. I had received a free mvp haircut for a bad haircut the time before and the associate was very sorry they did not understand the request. Not a really a problem, hair grows back. But when I went to go use the coupon the next time I was told it was expired and I could not use it. Looked at the coupon and was surprised to see it had expired just a few weeks after I got the initial haircut. Didn't even have a chance to use it, and was definitely expecting not having to pay for this haircut.
Regardless, the associate didnt care whatsoever and just wanted me to pay full price, and I thought that was a little inconsiderate on the part of the employee / company to not honor mistake.
