Eva does a great job every time. It seems like she knows exactly how i want my hair cut. She is the only one that has cut it the way I want it every time I get her, and she pays attention to the details.

My stylist gets my haircut perfect every time and is fun to talk to.
I enjoyed my experience. This was my first time and I hadn't had a haircut in 6 months.
I showed MJ a pic of what I wanted and she did a fantastic job. She also acquainted me with the services and treated me well. I will definately be a regular customer. I used to be a Great Clips customer will be coming here now.

Just got a fresh cut and I’m really happy with it. The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, kept things clean and sharp, and even offered a few tips on styling. The fade is smooth, the line-up is crisp, and the whole experience was quick and chill. Definitely coming back for the next one.

I like the lady that cut my hair. She was extremely nice and made me feel at easy about cutting my hair. She did a very good job even if normally she only cut boys hair.
You didn’t disappoint. The question was if I would recommend Sports Clips to others. I don’t make recommendations to other people even when asked. You all need to change your survey question if you want to know how well the services provided went.

I like the big TV in the waiting room, the TVs in the styling stations, and the abundant array of men’s hair products. But what I like most of all is hair stylist Rachel. She is excellent at her craft and I highly recommend her to become your hair stylist.
I have had Jazmin cut my hair for years and she knows what haircut I like without having to ask. She is very attentive and an outstanding barber!

I like the app, and all of the stylists have done a good job.
It's not that it was disappointing; it's more that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's like you would never recommend a gas station to a friend.
I have been to 4/5 Sports Clips locations in the last year or so.
It is very impersonal. You often feel like a nuisance to the workers, who just want to get your hair done, and you out. So much so that I have never taken up the offer for a free hair wash because I just want to get out of that environment as quickly as possible.
I go there because it is quick and cheaper than others. I know you get what you pay for, so I continue to return. Every time i exit I feel my hair is not what i asked for specifically, but I suck it up as it was 25$ instead of 60$.
Perhaps this is partly on me as I am not building a rapport with a single hairdresser; however, being a large chain, I would like my experience in all of them to be the same, in particular welcoming and friendly.
Welcoming does not mean shouting "Welcome to Sports Clips" every time someone walks in; that is robotic and makes everything seem monotonous and impersonal.
With the mobile app, i can make an appointment, select my stylist, arrive 5 minutes early, get a great MVP haircut/wash/etc. at a great price. Its kinda like MAGA, who can be against a great haircut at a great price?
Person cuting my hair was kinda rude
1) I called to get the cost of a haircut and was told $20. But, I was charged $28. girls comment, you must have called another Sports Cut. I tipped her but I regret that! Within Houston, the prices should be fairly close.
2) She did an initial cut, then did another and another follow-up cut - I was butchered.
3) She asked me something about the length (#2), not showing me the tool. I asked for medium. My home barber uses the numbered tools, but I;m not a barber so I don't know what the numbers mean.
Love the product that was recommended to me. Services is grear, very professional made me feel like home.
