I was disappointed because i had signed up on the app at the kingwood dr location and selected angel since all the ladies had wait times and she was the one with the least amount of wait times. When i get there it said i had 5 minutes left. Then it changed to 31 minutes and so i asked one of the ladies and they said it would be 15 minutes wait. I told her (blanca) to change me to next available. And she did not do that, so i was kore frustrated because she didn't listen to what i asked her. I feel like i just was kept waiting for a long period of time and they did not explain to me the reason for the wait times. I wanted to complain about Blanca to manager and was told she was the manager and they did not want to give me number of her supervisor. This was not a good experience at this sport clips and i usualy am a regular at other sport clips. I feel as a better explanation and of they would have listened to me in the first place i would have been assisted sooner.

I told the lady how I wanted her to cut my son’s hair but she kept asking for a picture. The first thing I told her not do was the first thing she did after that I was just like whatever cut it how you want I guess.

I let her know they style I wanted and the cut was fine the issue Is the line when does a haircut not include a line. And when I inquired about it I didn't fell as of she wanted to. There was a bit of an attitude and I didn't feel welcome. Will not be back to this location

I tried logging into your app and the waitlist but couldn’t. No indication on what just the screen saying enter password or whatever.
Called and was told they couldn’t put me in the queue do to company policy.
Went and waited in line.
When I got to a barber see said I had the old app and y’all had switched providers.
Very frustrating for your customer.
If you’re going to say the only way to get in the queue is your app, you have to maintain it!
At least pay the extra $ to get a message saying you need the new app like everyone else who also takes reservations on the phone.

Giselle is great! She provides a very positive energy and attitude which makes the whole store a positive experience. My two 12&13yr old boys also will not go to anyone else. You know how picky that age can be with their hair.
It was a great haircut and the vip is great
I said it a sports clip parking lot Sunday morning 1045 waiting for it to open at 11. The site wouldn’t let me sign on to see who was there cutting hair so I sat there to parking lot and waited 11 o’clock when I tried to sign in, it said you need to wait till 1105 now, so I went ahead and made a phone call and called the store and asked if my hairdresser was there and she was and she be cutting hair from 11 till five. So I set a couple more minutes trying to get online my haircut it would not let me , I decided to get out the truck walk up to the door and when I open the door there’s like 10 customer sitting in the lobby. This is very unprofessional. This is caused me not to want to go back to Sport Clips to Cut my hair anymore and I will be talking about this to every friend that I have and will end up costing your company quite a bit of money. This is just very unacceptable.
The staff at this location are very friendly and extremely talented at what they do.

Both Joni and Tracy are the best!! The calic on my son’s is crazy and these ladies are the only that can cut it correctly.
