We love Tracey! She is the only person we will go to. We haven’t had the best of luck with anyone else, but Tracey always gives consistent, great haircuts. She listens to what we want and asks questions before cutting.

Discontinuing the buzz cut pricing. I simply can not justify $50 with tip for a buzz cut, this increase was a bridge too far and feels like I'm being taken advantage of as a customer.
The stylists continue to be good, this issue is purely with franchise management.
Unlikely to return until prices become reasonable.
