Long wait time, but overall good customer service.

Very expensive for a simple 5 minute “#1” buzz cut over my whole head. $25 is too much for this style cut. If I had known, I would have left.
On the bright side, staff was great and there was no wait.

From wash, to cut, to style, to massage, (AND) to the staff to client service; simply put, TOP OF THE LINE. My hairstylist, Emily, was on-point for every aspect of my Sports Clips experience. From start to finish, Emily was courteous and professional. She followed my instructions on how I wanted my hair to look, and she was very precise with the end result. Thank you, Emily, for going above & beyond to please this customer. I am truly grateful.
It's a shame my hair doesn't grow ant faster so I can get cut more often. Very nice staff.
Blanca was great! I have been going to Sports Clips since I retired in 2022 and this was the first time I didn’t have to repeat that I wanted more hair cut off. I always say that I want one inch cut off and I have to repeat it when they’re done. Blanca didn’t mess around. She got to cutting and I was really happy with the outcome. I’ll be going back to her again!

Convenience
Nice people, easy to book. I wish I could see a history of who I saw last. Sometimes i like my haircut but i cant remember their name, so when i go to book next, it would be helpful if we saw who helped me on my last visit

checking in online is great but it shouldn't effect the customers that walk in. I left one shop and went to another because I kept getting pushed back in line.
