Darlene provided me with the best haircut experience once again. Always a pleasure to get a haircut here from her.
I have yet to try any products? Kayden demeanor sold me from the initial interaction of being a first-time customer looking for a great barber. Kayden makes my boys and I feel welcomed and comfortable every visit. We are now his regulars!! I only let Kayden cut their hair every week! He's not pushy and very thorough, and that puts me at ease. He always gets us in and out. Wherever Kayden goes, we will go!!

But your service At this location and others I have visited throughout other states has always been pleasant and wonderful. It's very clean. They are always clean up after each guest. And they are very thorough and reassuring that you like your haircut in its entirety!!! Ms. VAL asked me beforehand how I wanted my sons cut and she made sure it was to our liking!!

The hair cutter, asked what type of work I do. Upon my reply, she laughed out loud at me. Right behind my back, in full mirror view.
I’ve told a few people about the pink haired lady that laughed at me, but like I told them. “Don’t let my experience be the determining factor for your decision to visit the establishment”.
I asked why she laughed at me when I said I’m first and foremost I am fashion designer. She turned the conversation to herself and her family.
I guess I was not heterosexual enough for her or maybe my work for various reality shows on Travel Channel, Outdoor channel, film/music/writing awards, 7 honorary doctorates or the life long dedication to my craft is simply laughable to some.
Never the less, the experience will be shared as interviews ask, should the topic arises.

Marilyn is very good and doing military type cuts. She always does a good job.
Convenience and quality. Don’t like stylists having to interrupt haircut to say “Welcome to Sport Clips”
Tv wasn’t on. Probably broken. I felt rushed. She was rushing to cut my hair. I was the only one in there. She didn’t show me my haircut with a mirror. I got home and noticed places she missed.
Fast services and my stylist was AMAZING. She owned my request with confidence and skills.
The focus is often men.
However, our Corporate women need LOVE TOO. We juggle so many things on a daily basis. We often forget to make ourselves a priority.

Like it all with one exception. Why should all TV’s be on ESPN. Plenty of other sports networks available.
The kindness of the people that work there and their attention to our feelings and request they give the idea that they are here to help us accomplish the haircut or care that we want and they truly listen

No issues with this location
My son did not have much time, we made an online reservation. We get to the store and we're scheduled to be the next up. The woman decided to take the other person who walked in a moment before we did because he was in the store first, and he had not made an online reservation. Changed my wait time from 0min to 15min, and we did not have that time. We ended up not getting a hair cut that day.
The young lady with purple 💜 hair made my kiddos day. Find her...and pay her more! Spring Tx.

Tracy at the Kingwood location is the absolute best! She is the only one we trust to cut my picky teenage boy’s hair. We had to go to another location once when she wasn’t working and we were desperate…never again!! Highly recommend her and this store in general, everyone is very friendly!
