After being treated very rudely at another store when I mentioned that I am on a budget, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted cheerfully and the fit specialist fitted both myself and my daughter. She offered to put our choices in the computer so that when we are ready to purchase, they would know which shoes we needed.
The entire experience, from the fitting, to the day I purchased my shoes was pleasant and I was never made to feel like I was less than anyone else because I didn't walk into the store ready to put money down on the counter.

Fit is paramount, and I feel that all your sales staff is VERY knowledgeable about the shoes, and other products. I mostly vist the Kinspointe store and I have always been satisfied with the level of service I receive.

How personalable the employees are and how they take the time to hear and understand each complaint about running/walking we may have and do their best to provide shoes that meet the requirements needed for us individually.
I like the personal effort my salesperson gave me while I was in the store. She showed true
knowledge of the shoes that I purchased for walking/running. Haved been using them the past
