The people there(sales associates) were very helpful and friendly. I love the product (arch support) that I bought. It has greatly improved my condition in only a few days.
My only complaint--- smells horribly of tobacco/smoke in the store. My clothes smelled of it when I left. Wish there were some way thay could get their ventilation system fixed so that they didn't have that problem.

Knowledgeable and friendly at the 61st & Yale store!!! I can't remember the guys name who assisted me, but he was great. I didn't have some darn goofy kid pulling answers out of thin air like at finish line or sports authority. I really thought old fashioned customer service was gone. I remember going to Stover's shoes on main in Pryor. It was a narrow store, had the built in rolling ladder, tall walls, and owner on site doing all the work. Anyways, great store! I plan on coming back when you get some iPhone/iPod holders in big enough to fit my arms. I'm really excited about your store. My best friends wife sent me there bc I called her griping about the kids at those other two stores I mentioned... Thank You...

Proffesional & clean store. Great location. I do wish you had a larger assortment of athletic bras (Champion brand), as well as other dry fit running gear - selection seems a bit limited. I have to make a second trip out to Academy for that, & I'd rather shop with you all.
Primarily the running program. You guys know how to do it. Your goods seem to be priced high, but the quality is there. With the rewards program, your prices become very competitive.

Thanks for your recent response to our customer survey and thanks for shopping with us. I wanted to specifically address your comment about our prices seeming high. We sell our products at manufacturer’s retail price and we also sell the “best quality” products that many of our vendors offer. In other words, we don’t sell their lower-quality products because we are “specialty” (Manufacturer’s do offer different levels of products based on the retailer they are selling into). As a local, family-owned business, we can’t compete in the “low price” product market against the giant companies like Dick’s, Academy, Sports Authority, etc. so we opt to offer you the higher-quality items (shoes, socks, apparel, etc). You will find just a few of the same shoes we sell at a place like Dick’s but they will be priced the same as how we price them (many times this is a price-protection contract that retailers have to abide by). Before we owned a retail store, I had very little knowledge of how manufacturer’s priced their products and the many tiers of products they offered.
What we also offer is our “Fit Process” for free ; our staff’s expert knowledge (we spend a lot of time, money, and energy on training our staff continually); and a focus on customer service that is exceptional. I also wanted you to know that without selling product, we wouldn’t be able to offer our incredible training programs at the price we offer them.

Very good personal service and advice on proper shoe size and fit.
Girl researched what I needed and how my shoes needed to be. Then brought probably 6-7pairs I tried on only 2 pairs found what I needed let me choose and didn't push the most expensive as the best she just tried to get the shoe to me that I would like the best and work the best she was not motivated by the sale as much as finding the right shoe for my foot and my needs. I thought the shoes were reasonably price for the service I received.

You have everything I need for running and I know that if I need help with anything or have questions about anything from shoes to garmins, that the staff is always available for me.
